- ¼ cup + 1tbsp cream
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
How to cook:
Boil water in a bowl and add 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp of garlic paste, 7-8 pepper, 1 bay leaf, and 4 chicken legs (drumsticks and thighs). Cook for 30-35 minutes until the chicken become tender. Remove the chicken legs from the pan, but preserve the chicken stock. Shred the chicken legs into thin strands.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp thinly onion. Saute until the onions turn light brown. Add ¼ cup of onion paste and continue sautéing until it is well-cooked until turns light brown. Add the spices to the pan, start by adding ½ teaspoon of ginger paste. Then add ½ teaspoon of garlic paste. After that, add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and ¾ teaspoon of coriander powder. Then, add 1¼ teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder. Now, add the shredded chicken to the pan and pour in all the remaining chicken stock. Saute the mixture until everything is mixed well. Sprinkle ¾ tsp kasuri methi over the chicken and add ¼ cup + 1 tbsp of cream. Stir in ½ tsp of garam masala. Finally, add 1 sliced boiled egg and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander to enhance the flavors.
